There are no limits on the usage of the server. However, if you create too many campaigns or run too many automations, you may experience slow service or instability. In such cases, it’s time to upgrade to the next plan.
New instances are set up within one business day of us receiving your domain (or subdomain) choice, sending name, sending email address, and credentials to connect to your sending service, as well as your DNS settings.
Customers can upgrade at any time. Unfortunately, downgrading takes considerable work and will incur a cost.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy in the first month, we’ll refund your money, no questions asked.

Our Mautic management is part of managed server offering, that allows your to run 50+ applications, like WordPress, Ghost, Discourse, InvoiceNinja, n8n, and much more. There is no additional cost for adding more apps*, you just need to have available server resources.

No, Mautic is for marketing purposes only. You won’t receive emails on your Mautic server. You can continue using your regular work email service (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) or you can utilize the build-in email server for regular person-to-person commuincation, but this will require use of a dedicated email app like MacOS Mail or MS Outlook.
